My Background

Experienced Hotelier turned Real Estate Virtual Assistant. I have a degree in Commerce, majoring in Management.

Since then, I have worked in different organizations. In 2003, I joined my first hotel as a Reservations/Business Center clerk at Best Western Astor Hotel on Makati Avenue. In this role, I increased my knowledge of corporate and travel agencies.

In January 2005, I was hired by Waterfront Manila Hotel as a Guest Services Agent, and in June 2007, I was promoted to Front Office Supervisor. I have immersed myself in hotel operations (back/front office work).

I also worked as an Accounts Assistant at Charlton Media Group from November 2011 until March 2012.

In April 2012, I returned to the hospitality industry. Best Western F1 Hotel hired me as a Guest Services Associate, and in October of the same year, I was promoted to Front Office Supervisor. I have outstanding skills in the Opera system, efficiency, maturity, and honesty.

In February 2015, I was promoted to Audit Officer in the Finance Department.

My education and employment have incorporated essential knowledge in handling customer service, accounting, and auditing, guiding me in the systematic and accurate verification of records.
